Calibre 3x sync possible? (Cloud/Kindle/PC)

Hi,

I am just a user and I would like to see a possibility, as the next beta is in development, to sync all books with a cloud and also with the PC, so lets say simply I have 23 books on my Kindle, I want all of them on my Calibre PC Software, aswell as a Cloud as kind of a 3rd backup in case I lose them on my devices plus also the possibility to access the ebooks from other computers. A link with dropbox or OneDrive for instance would be good.

Also a feature that would be really hot is an option to send documents via Wi-Fi like the Ad on "Push to Kindle" does very well.

Also I'm aware this is a freeware, one of my personal fav too. But similar to other technically good freeware (like IrfanView, VLC), the GUI really could be nicer cleaner, maybe keep that to Calibre 4.0?

kind regards and thank you for keeping the Calibre project updated and improved regularly.

If you are on a linux machine, have a look at this plugin: "Cloud Sync". The Plugin seems to be in his child-shoes, so be patient
I hope this will help?

I am a windows user I must say. What other ways are there to back up the kindle? Is it enough to copy the whole kindle drive and incase it has to be formatted, just copy the files back on the device?

Just copy the "Documents" folder - that's enough.
