hello all,
In Calibre, I would use the meta Languages. But I could not create new languages like "English North America", "French Swizterland", "Spanish Chile" ... Is-it possible to open this metadata in order to create the desired languages. Otherwise I would create a custom metadata. Thank you for your answers

No the languages field only accepts ISO-639 languages. If you want your own languages you have to sue a custom field.
