Hello, can you suggest me an easy way to create collections on my kindle touch 7th ??

I've tried the "kindle collection" calibre plugin but it's quite complex to use!

Does it exist an other simpler software or an othe way?

You can either create them manually on device or as cloud collections on the Amazon website. Not sure about any other options for newer Kindles. Is your Kindle jailbroken or stock?

Yes, there is a utility available for those with a jail broken Kindle.

It is LibrarianSync - available in the "Kindle Developer's Corner" sub-forum.

It will create the Kindle collections from several sources -
From the directory layout below /documents -
From the file output by Calibre collections extension -
And it will take a manually created file.

But the thing is, you must jail break the device before it updates to the most recent firmware.
Put it in "airplane mode" and then check out the things above in the sub-forum.
That way it will not update while you are deciding what to do.

That is good.
It does just what some people want.

I use it myself.
I have been using computers for a long time.
I am comfortable organizing things in a set of folders.

When I have the Kindle contents the way I want them, I just turn that little program lose and it makes the collections match what I set up.

Completely painless.
