The Thinktank That Leaked by the late British author Christopher Hodder-Williams (ISFDB, Wikipedia, obituary at The Independent) is his vintage standalone sfnal technothriller set in contemporary (circa the 1970s) times, wherein a scientist at a think tank stumbles across a sinister experiment being done by one of his colleagues who probably didn't run it past the ethics board first, using a device which records and manipulates human thought and emotional patterns in a dangerously damaging way, free for a limited time courtesy of publisher Endeavour Press' Venture imprint.
