Would appreciate some assistance
Hi,
I want to share highlights and notes that I have from my kindle device with some friends. Is there an easy way they can download the notes and then upload it to their own kindle devices. We all have the same book on our kindles.

Which kindles? I want to say try X-ray but I think it is only on certain devices.
Otherwise I would have to say email or text or call is the only way to share.

Which model of Kindles and what firmware version are each of them running.

IIRC, some model/firmware combinations have a "share this" option on those things.

We're using different kindle models. First generation, fire and oasis. So it doesn't work between them?

Also when you say email, are they able to upload my highlights to their own e-books?

No, they would have to read your highlights in the email.
