anyone know how to add overdrive integration to other kobos

I know it's a long shot, but is it possible to add KA1 style overdrive to any other kobo device, cutting and pasting some block of code perhaps? I have absolutely no experience with this sort of thing so please forgive me for anthing violently stupid said above.

Buy a KA1, login to your existing Kobo account, login to OD, borrow a book. Sync your older Kobo.

Not sure if this still works, but it did initially at least.

The other answer is that no, you can't add OD to older devices.

Oh. Thought it was a software thing. I was only gonna add The feature to avoid buying a new ka1. Thanks though!

It is a software (firmware) thing, but the code to make it work only works on the KA1 currently.
