calibre.exe - no disk

Just upgraded to 3.0
Now on launch I get calibre.exe - no disk error

If I hit cancel enough times (24, with an ear-blasting tone each time), it eventually opens.

Windows 10 Pro 1607
OS and Calibre installed on C:
Library on M:

Drive D: is a compact flash slot on my PC I've never even used.

That error comes from windows not calibre. The only surefire way to fix it is a windows re-install. However, uninstalling calibre, running a registry cleaner and then re-installing might also do the trick.

You mah have configured and activated: Save to folder
Be sure to eject that 'device' when you get done or it will rear its head when calibre next starts.

Found it.

Calibre thought I had a 2nd library on D:\
Deleted that and all is well.

Which I may have, several years and a couple OS upgrades and dozens of Calibre upgrades in the past.

Not sure why that suddenly popped back up when I installed 3.0, but never happened for all the minor 2.x.x upgrades.
