starting a ol with a number > 1
Hi,
is there a way to start a ol with a number > 1 in ePub2? We can not use the Code:
value Code:
start But we can not use the CSS Code:
counter In past I remember I use a trick, putting an "display:none" to all the Code:
li Code:

The only way is to actually type the numbers. Or, but that could be ugly, is to create all the list items before that number and to set display: none for those.
