Moon+ Reader - storage of ebooks

Hello,

I have a quick question I can't seem to find a quick answer to.

I want to use Moon+ Reader as a reader on my Android phone. I have a number of non-DRM ebooks (epub) on a microsd card on my phone.

I do not want to 'recopy' these books to my internal storage in some special Moon+ folder thereby making two versions of the files and taking up more space.

UB Reader simply adds the books to my bookshelf wherever they are found, and does not try to recopy and store them anywhere. I like this, but would like some of the features Moon+ has that UB Reader does not.

Does anyone know Moon+ default settings on this, or where to find them to change?

Thank you.

Device: kobo forma, Kobo Libra, Huawei media Tab, fire HD10, PW3 HDX8.9,
moon reader will open and let you read the books in any location you choose - internal memory or on SD card.
you can navigate to their folder via the "my files" option, it will then remember that location
read books also appear in the recent view vie. but each book is stored once only. All that moon writes to its own database and folder is the metadata, the bookmarks, the annotations....

Thanks!

- Exactly the kind of info I was hoping to hear. I just wanted to make sure there wasn't any double copying going on and using up extra storage.

Thanks for the response.
