Neo Reader stays white after rotating
Hey,
in the last weeks I used my onyx boox m96 intensively to read scientific pdfs and take notes (scribbling) with Neo Reader v2.0 on them. Today I wanted to backup (export) these notes, but I can't open two of my files, which I read turned the m96 upside down (so I could charge the device while placing it on a music stand). When I open them with Neo Reader, the page remains white, only "loading document" appears for a moment (upside down). I can open the files with onyx neoreader, but then, of course, without my notes. I'm not completely shure, that my problem has to do with rotating the display. So my questions are: Does anybody know this problem? Has anybody an idea, how to solve it? Does anybody know, where Neo Reader v2.0 eader is storing the notes? Is it possible to open them with onyx neo reader? Is it possible to back-rotate the file before opening it? Before I continue with further experiments to solve the problem, I'd like to backup the neoreader-data, but I can't find it. So, thats it, thank you for your attention, ![]() Stephan PS: I cant find any information on neo reader in the internet. So if you know some websides with further information, please let me know. PPS: I forgot to mention, that I use firmware 1.8.1 Last edited by openairwriter; 07-28-2017 at 02:54 PM. |

Thank you for your fast answer.
No, I haven't tried it, because it's not possible. I forgot to mention, that the screen stays white, without any task bars or other possibillities for controll appearing. Nevertheless I can quit the program with the "return"-button. Best regards, Stephan |

Hey,
does really anybody has a further idea, how to solve the problem? It's not, that I completely depend on the lost notes, but it would save me a day of doing again this work. Best regards, thank you, Stephan |

No, not yet, cause I'm frightened to loose my notes by doing it. That's why I'm looking for the information, where these notes are saved, so I can backup them.
I couldn't find any folder which could be linked to Neo reader. Thanks for your reply, Stephan |
