[Android] Statistics collection notice keeps popping up on start of app

Just purchases and been using Calibre Companion today and every time I launch the app, the notice for statistics collection always pops up.
In my other bigger phone, I could check the don't display thingie but in my smaller phone, that check box is not there.
Phone model:Alcatel OT 4033E
Android Version: Google Android v4.2 Jelly Bean
Screen Size: 4in.
Please help me with this. I really like the convenience of the app, it is just so annoying to see the notice every time I open it. Thanks.

Quit CC. In Android system settings, change the font size for the phone to "small". Restart CC. You should be able to see the checkbox. Check it, tap OK, then change the font back to whatever you want. From the screen shots I think it is set to Huge.

In the next release I will put the checkbox into the scrollable area so problems like this won't happen again.
