FBReader update: hash vs filepath difficulties.

My main ebook reader on my android has recently updated its system, so that anytime a book is changed, it forces you to decide what to do with the book. As I am updating most of my library currently, it means I have to make these choices over and over. I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions for a work around? I assume I can't force the program to accept the new hash and automatically attach it to the existing book. If I remove all books already on the phone and allow calibre to send them again, it will wipe all my bookmarks.

Any ideas? Thanks for any help.
