Changed install drive letter; now can't update
So I changed the drive letter that calibre was installed on. Now it won't let me update or uninstall the app since the drive letter is no longer active.
Anyone able to help me out here? |

You need to say what OS, what version OS, and exactly what you did and how you are trying to update before help can be had.

Windows 10 Pro, latest creators update.
I changed the drive letter that Calibre is installed on using the disk management utility from J to E. When I run the install msi it complains about there not being a J drive. |

I think you learned the hard way, that changing a drive path for installed programs is not a wonderful idea.
A internet search, suggests CCleaner to get rid of the 'uninstall' Registry entry. Or you could try and fix the Registry yourself ![]() ![]() |

You can try network mapping J to drive C. That might work.
