Blue Light Problem!

Since 8945, my KA1 blue light does not come on when the KA1 is charging...EXCEPT after the KA1 is turned ON and back OFF, then it does turn ON.

This anomaly is an aggravation -- that the KA1 must be turned ON to see if it is fully charged.

Any thoughts or remedies come to mind?

Thanks!

I have the same problem but I think it started before that firmware version. The blue light coming on once it was charged was one of the features I really liked about the Aura One. Now though, the red light stays on no matter how long it's sat there fully charged. Really Kobo? Must you always break more than you fix with updates?

I think you're right, with weekly firmware updates it's hard to keep track exactly when, but I've first noticed 2-3 weeks ago.

+1. A minor problem, but it was very nice to have a charging light that changed to blue to let you know you were done, especially coming from the H20 which had nothing in this regard.

Like Dmapr, I trace this to about a month or so ago, but not sure which firmware update of the many broke it.

Kobo, please correct in the next iteration.
