Books not showing up on Kobo Aura One
Hi everybody!

I recently bought a Kobo Aura One and I copied about 3200 epub files to it but they don't show up... I've searched every option and I turned it off and on several times... What should I do?

Where did you copy them to on the device? if you put them in a directory whose name starts with a dot, they will not be seen by device.

Otherwise, we need some details. How did you copy the files onto the device? What happened when you disconnected the device? Have any books shown up? Is this the first lot you copied over?

OK. That probably means the database had become corrupted. That action generates a new database, so it should be OK now.

Glad you got it working. One note for going forward: are you properly ejecting your device before you disconnect it from your computer? Most devices and USB sticks etc don't care these days, but with the Kobo readers NOT properly ejecting is probably the leading cause of corrupting the database on your device and causing a need to sign out/in.
