python error - SOLVED

My surface book failed, and Microsoft gave me a new one, so I am configuring everything. Usually, Calibre is the easiest since I have the portable version, but this time I have an error message:
Python function terminated unexpectedly (5, 'CreateFile', 'Acc\xe8s refus\xe9.') (Error Code: 1)

When I call the same the program from the Transcend external drive where I had saved the whole Calibre Portable folder, it works perfectly.

I tried deleting the "Calibre Portable" folder from the Programmes Portables folder and downloading from scratch (the 2.79.1 installer), but I have another error message:
Failed to create Calibre Portable folder Accès refusé (Error Code: 5)
if I have not created the folder before,

Failed to create temporary folder to unpack into Accès refusé (Error Code 5)
if I have created the folder before.

I have no knowledge of Python whatsoever, no idea what is wrong, or how I could solve it.

SOLVED: my Portable folder was in the wrong place. I moved it and it worked (at second opening, after windows did some automatic correction)
