Can I change default view order?
When I open Calibre (for windows) it defaults to alpha listing by author. I'd prefer to have it open by date of entry into library so I can always see my latest additions at the top. I can, of course, change the view once I open the software by clicking on the column. But can I set that view as my default? Thanks if there's a way to do this. BTW I am not accustomed to programing languages so if it's not pretty simple, I may not be able to do this. Thanks RMB

There's a tweak to control startup sort sequence, viz:
I prefer the View Manager optional plugin which does what the tweak does and a lot more, and it's more point and click ![]() BR |
