Language on

I didn't find a more appropriate place to post this. Please correct me.

I just received a new Boyue T62 and need to get it to use English.
There is a DropBox link on the banggood (I THINK that's where I bought it) site to an English manual but the link doesn't work. I've diddled with the Chinese(?) menus on the devied, but haven't found anything that will change language for me.

Help? A working link to an English manual? Instruction on how to change the device to English?
