thanks to jswolf i've just realized that today is monday. it's a good thing he is there to remind us of such things. he seems to be frustrated that there are no monday-appropriate threads at the moment :

It's Labor Day Monday! I've got BBQ cooking in the crock pot, seeing as how those hurricane rain bands are getting thick and juicy out there.

1. ... a commie pinko rat?
2. ... going to finish those fries?
3. ... going to turn off that left blinker, old man?
4. ... finished in there yet? Some of us have to go now!
5. ... hungry?

Yup, it's one of those days.

I don't really care what you call it. If I can cook it in a crockpot, and it tastes good 8 hrs later, I'm so THERE. Gives me more time to sit on my arse and scan this board. My husband is starting to look askance at me.....perhaps he thinks I've got a new love?
