The M96 is history. You should go for their new model (if you go with Onyx), which is the N96 or the N96ml [front light]. |

Hi, much thanks to all in advance Is my thought on E930 right? 1. Can PDF or TXT format in "Korean language" be recognized at the device? 2. Does Dictionary screen appear when any word is tapped at PDF file? Does stand alone dictionary mean that it does not pop? 3. Could I get informed of the root possiblity of E930 with the program like Root Checker? 4.There is no E930 and E920 Plus except for E920 at Hanvon home page. Because they are ODM or OEM products for other selling companies? What would be difference between E930 and E920 Plus? |

I think I am going to go with Onyx simply becuase it is easier to order. I was wondering can a blue light app filter filter work with Onyx

There is absolutely nothing that you can do about that on a front-lit device. On a backlit LED device, you can filter the colour of the light that shines through the screen by adjusting the colour of the pixels. On a front lit device, where light is shone from above onto a greyscale screen, there is (self-evidently) nothing that you can do on the screen that will change the colour of the light (other than applying some sort of coloured filter to the screen's surface).

Do you really find it to be a problem? The science behind the idea that "blue light is bad for you" seems to me to be unproven, and I've been reading in bed with PDAs, tablets and illuminated eInk devices for 30-odd years now.

Would sunglasses selectively filter out blue light? I would have thought that all they'd do would be to dim all light frequencies equally, which you can do by reducing the brightness of the light on the device itself.
