Pressreader and Vox

I have a Kobo Vox #K080w2181e1d0 Andoid 2.3.4 I can see the Pressreader app in the section Manage my apps. How do I get it into the window all aps and how do I access it. Does not seem to open. Thanks. Perhaps it will not even run on my model. Any one know for sure.
