Is it possible to put collections on non-jailbreaked Kindle Paperwhite?

i heard about Cloud Collection Management. Is there any custom software or plugin to manage them yet?

Because I don't need any JB features like wallpapers or fonts

I can't see the wallpapers when i'm open my Kindle because of a leather case and i can embed any font in a .mobi file.

As I understand it, these are just the cloud collections that are built in to your Kindle, from Amazon, no jailbreak needed. What is new, enabled only for some of us so far, is the ability to manage it from a computer instead of from the Kindle.

Do you already use collections, as Amazon does them? Then this is just an add-on to that.
