Help - I cannot PM anyone
I registered just over 3 weeks ago and I still cannot private message anyone.
I do have "Enable Visitor Messaging" enabled in my User CP option however I don't have any ability to PM someone when logged in.

Please help

But do you have "Enable Private Messaging" enabled? (the PM settings box is located above the box with visitor messaging settings).

It seems to be a function of the software for some new accounts. Make a few more posts (and I don't know the magic number of posts; it might be ten) and you'll be able to access private messaging.
