Missing ticket resolution
I submitted a ticket with 2 attachments a few days ago. I was trying to check for an answer. I found the 2 attachments referencing ticket number 254294 but I can't find that ticket on the system anywhere.

My problem was that I had an unprotected large PDF file. I extracted a few chapters and called it Part 1. Calibre now thinks Part 1 has a DRM for some reason and won't convert it to LRF. I checked the security properties and everything was clean and "allowed". I did upload a 2 page sample of my PDF and an image of the securities property.

BTW - if I have a PDF set up for 8.5 x 11 with charts, what is the best way to get it to my Sony 505? Thanks.

This problem should be fixed in the latest release of calibre. And some tickets were deleted because of database corruption in the calibre website.
