Failed to add books
Was experimenting a bit, deleted a book I've bought long ago, added a plugin, dragged the book back in Calibre and then this:

That indicates a corrupted install. Most likely an antivirus program quarantined the calibre worker process executable. Uninstal, and then re-install and you should be fine.

I wonder. Calibre worked up till now flawlessly and I only added a plugin (a **drm plugin, maybe I'm punished). And I didn't change anything antivirus-wise.
Still, I'll try re-install. Thanks.

I realize now, that I did a bit more than adding a plugin: I also changed some things in Extra CSS of the Commion Options in Look & Feel. But I can't imagine that being the cause...

One last question: I found that Windows Defender supposedly found a Trojan Varpes.M!cl.
It refers to calibre-parallel.exe. Is this known behaviour from Defender?

I got that one about 18 hours ago from Defender on Windows 10 1511. I didn't look at the details, I was surprised Defender reported it, Malwarebytes normally finds them sooner.

Yes, Windows 10. It's no biggie, I was just surprised as I've never ever seen this before with Calibre.
