Sorry for the bad title but it is just what it remined me when looking from the top on the black connected and loading screen. Does it look the same for you?

It looks the same on my H2O, but actually not that pronounced. And it's probably all the times on dark stuff

Yup, just checked mine. There's white speckles on dark backgrounds, but only from that angle.
