Many companies' Internet access goes via a proxy server, which tends to mess up all sorts of online ordering systems. I'd suggest trying it from home.

Try a different browser. Had an issue similar but with a different company. A different browser worked for me.. Maybe that will work for you?

after multiple tries at home (also) it finally went through
and was relieved to verify that only 1 order actually went through - instead of 10 - whew

I just tried ordering in Chrome on my PC and it wouldn't go through to Paypal. Using Firefox, I had no problems.

Can't believe I did it!
