Change location of Ebooks on transfer from Calibre to Reader

I was wondering if there is a way to tell calibre to copy my books to a directory on my Ereader such as Calibre Here So that my books can be located on the reader with out cluttering up the main directory?

You need to configure your Kobo driver (KoboTouch or KoboTouchExtended whichever it is you use). The option you want is the 'Save template' box at the bottom of the first tabbed page (File Formats).

ETA: In case it helps my Save template is very simple because I only keep about 200 books on the device. I use

Code:

Books/{author_sort} - {title}

if you device allows folders

Code:

folder_path/{template}

You can include Literals in the Template

Code:

00noseries/{author_sort[0]}_authors/{authors}/{title}

A_authors/Anderson, Hans/Fairy tales
(the bold is a literal part of the name)
