Feature request - sorts

One of the downsides of having a really good product is that people start to nitpick. This feature request falls into that category.

The first request is one of those requests that might be really easy, or not real feasible at all. Would it be possible to sort by percent read. It's one of those things that is in Calibre that is useful from time to time. Of course, once the sync with Calibre is working again, it might not be nearly as useful since I can always use calibre.

The other thing is something that I suspect may not be feasible, but hey you never know till you ask. Would it be possible to support reverse order sorts. For example, the first time you click on author sort, it sorts in alphabetical A-Z, if you click on author sort and it's already in author sort, then it sorts in reverse alphabetical Z-A.

I note that author sort appears to sort by the author's first name. All my books have the Calibre author_sort field, which clearly establishes my preferred sort order. Any chance that Marvin could honor that?

This is a known issue.

If you are looking at your Book List, sorted by author, then the authors are in whichever order you select in the settings (first last, or last, first). It is only in the list of authors (not books) that the authors are sorted as you mentioned.

Marvin's creator, Kris, is aware of this feature request.
