Marvin3, Calibre, iPad

Hello,

I apologize in advance if I am asking something that has been asked previously. I am technically inept and really need some help.

I use Calibre and Marvin to read my ebooks. I upgraded to Marvin 3 recently and did back up and restore to Marvin 3 for all my books that I had on Marvin. Today when I attempted to get some new books from my Calibre library, I keep getting this message -
Oops
Cannot download feed. The service might not be available or you are not connected to the internet.

This happens on both my iPhone 6s and my iPad. I use the Calibre opds and no changes were made except that I upgraded to Marvin 3. It connects to Calibre opds but will not allow me to download any of my books onto the app.

I am not sure if I am making sense, I apologize again. My technically abilities are lacking.

Yes this has been asked before - but that's ok. It's an easy answer. The problem is with Calibre and they have already found the problem and fixed it. The fix will come out in the next update of Calibre, which is usually on Fridays.

If you don't want to wait, you can always use an older release of calibre that does not suffer from the specific bug. Try the previous release 2.66:

This is indeed a calibre bug. Other similar reader apps such as MapleRead and Hyphen Reader discussed on mobileread forum also suffer similar problems with calibre 2.67.
