Sleeping Beauty by Mark Lawrence (ISFDB, Wikipedia) is a short story at the #2.5 mark in his Broken Empire trilogy of epic high fantasy, this installment a side-adventure which puts one of the characters into a difficult situation as he encounters some uncomfortable fairy tale-based situations, offered in both its original English and a French translation, free courtesy of publishers Harper Voyager and Bragelonne.

Currently free on a long-term basis directly from HarperVoyager's website, with announcement linkage @ the author's blog (DRM-free PDF available worldwide).
