FYI: NOOK Glowlight Plus Update

Turned on my Glowlight Plus wifi yesterday. Today I see this on-screen:

What's new in Software Version 45.2.22_user
This update includes:
Minor bug fixes for Adobe DRM Content Management
Updated visual design in NOOK Shop
Other bug fixes and improvements

Checked Settings > About > Software and the new update is shown as Version 45.2.22 / 4.5.2.58.

This update seems to have totally broken Calibre for me.

Works for me. I'm using Calibre 2.59 on Ubuntu Linux 16.04.

Prior to the B&N update I did go to the "Configure NOOK" dialog and edit the "list of folders on the device to which to send ebooks", Mine reads thus:

NOOK/My Books, NOOK/My Files, NOOK, Calibre_Companion, Books, eBooks/import, eBooks, sdcard/ebooks

Calibre wants to scan the whole nook, which is going to take over an hour to do. Plus I can't drag anything off the nook onto my PC.
