Bad screen controller?
Hi. Only 10 days of using and today in the morning i saw this.
How to fix that?

I'm not sure what the deal is with the second picture, but the first picture looks like normal e-ink ghosting to me. After a few page turns it would disappear.

What are you looking at in the second pic? The cover of a book?

Ya, the 1st pic does look like it could be normal ghosting, but if the top bit of screen isn't changing when you go to the black on the 2nd pic, then a screen controller seems probable as a cause and should be covered by warranty.

So, this ghosting disappeared and now i have this.
Resets - nothing changed.
Also, touch is working well< so i can use menu buttons, but i can't see them.

That isn't ghosting. It looks like the top part of the screen isn't being written to. Open an epub or other book that should write to that part of the screen. If it doesn't, it probably means the device is faulty. I would try a factory reset just to check, but you should probably get it replaced.

Looks like a faulty device one way or the other. It should be covered by warranty so return it as soon as you can rather then try and read with this issue.

Waitng for response from the seller, but i've lost box and everything what was in the box, except reader, usb and cloth
