White bright pixel on brand new H2O

Long time since I posted... Finally updated from my Aura 6 and bought an Aura H2O. I am happy with the decision and the device is amazing.
The only sad part in this is a bright white pixel that doesn't go away. Is this warranty replacement material? Does anyone think I'll have any luck asking for a new unit?

That's a manufacturing defect in the light guide. Kobo will replace it.

That's nasty.

You should try to get a replacement if it bothers you.
