Rename Fonts In Kobo
In FW 3.13.1 there is no Hebrew font in all the Kobo stock fonts, i side-load few Hebrew fonts to my kobo, and it works well.
Kobo set the Hebrew language default font by the first alphabet side-load font, say i have 3 side-load Hebrew fonts (Bfont, Cfont, Dfont), kobo set the Hebrew language by Bfont, and the TOC, Library, dictionary... will show in Bfont. I try rename the font in FontForge, by changing the font name to (Afont or 1font) in Info-font and generate a ttf font, but the name didn't change in my kobo. Is there a way to rename a font? EDIT: I succeed to rename the font by rename also the family name in Info-font. Last edited by oren64; 05-11-2016 at 05:26 PM. |
