PB touch 622, new firmware?

Hy. Jus wonder if it is possible to get a new firmware for my old 622. Was thinking about modifying a 626 firmware but can't figure out. Any idea?

I doubt it. The newer devices have front lights, so at least some of the firmware would be wrong for your device. And there is no way to root the devices, as far as I know, so you wouldn't be able to customize the OS to fit your reader.
