E-shop for ebooks
I want to create an eshop for new ebooks... does anybody know where do I have to keep my ebooks saved so when a costumer buys my ebook an automatic link will be sent to the costumer in order to download the ebook???

That depends on the retail platform you use to process the sale.

Gumroad hosts the file and distributes it, but (to name one example) e-junkie.com does not.

Most bookstores use Adobe Content Server as their e-commerce platform.

We don't know what the scale of his proposed operation is, because he hasn't told us. If he's an author who wants to sell his own self-published books, the most cost-effective solution would most likely be to use an existing digital publishing platform such as Amazon or Smashwords.
