Aura One Brightness Issue

Been reading on my aura one for last couple of months with no issue. I like to set the brightness to auto. Recently it only stays on %0 no matter what the lighting is. I just upgraded to latest firmware hoping it would help but no change. With the auto setting on it sets itself all the way down.

I don't use the auto brightness feature on my KA1--was too buggy for me--as you are experiencing. But one idea, if you haven't done so yet--try powering off your KA1 9not just sleep mode) and on to see if that helps.
