Kindle on Smartphone?

I have a friend on another forum who says she has just bought a smartphone with Kindle installed, and is having problems getting it to work. Could she ask questions on this forum? Or is there another place I could recommend to her?

For 1 thing she has to have an Amazon Account. IF she having trouble setting up on thru her phone tell her to set it up thru PC. BTW No Credit Card is Needed! She can buy a small $5 gift card to get started.

That answer is heavily dependent on what specific problem your friend actually has.

(You could always just ask -- then if a moderator thinks it belongs in a different forum they can move it. Assuming good faith and reasonable grounds for making the mistake -- and the mods are pretty lenient -- no one is going to get angry.

Depending on the problem, it could potentially fit better in the Android Devices subforum, I suppose...
