Free indie SciFi book (choose from list) - Discover Sci-Fi

Some indie SciFi authors have teamed up to create a website called Discover Sci-Fi. Right now if you sign up for their newsletter you can get a free book from a selection of titles.

http://discoverscifi.com/

List of books...
Breakthrough - Michael C. Grumley
Better World - Autumn Kalquist
Extinction Horizon - Nicholas Sansbury Smith
Marines - Jay Allan
The Future Chronicles - Anthology/various authors
Warship - Joshua Dalzelle
The Terran Gambit - Endi Webb
On Silver Wings - Evan Currie

EDIT: I just got an email from them and it says click to get your free books so apparently you can get all of them free if you wish. I checked and was able to download a second book.

But the next page says get your free book, and to click the image for more information.

HOWEVER, I simply clicked each image in turn and downloaded all the ebooks, one after the other.

Thanks for the info on this.

"Breakthrough," by Michael Grumley has 3,790 customer reviews from Amazon, with an averaged rate standing at 4.5 stars!

I didn't think ANY author had that many relatives!

So I guess he's shooting to be a prolific author in more ways than one?

Edit: For anyone else having problems with the site, don't try opening the links in a new tab to download each book. This fails badly. Instead, you have to click on the book and let it open up a new box above the book images with a download link. Once you download that book, just go back to the page and do the next book. If the download link stops working (which it did to me twice, after clicking on three books exactly), just refresh that page and try again.

Can't say I'm impressed with the site. It appears to be focusing on being pretty over actually functional. Which makes me wonder if the books are going to be the same, pretty cover and bad writing.

Four of the books I already had. They must have been offered for free before. On Silver Wings is currently free on Amazon. I grabbed the rest.

Great find, thanks!

Thanks eight ebooks one of which was already owned--read and enjoyed--but five more of which where on wish list or I will read for sure.

What a great find. Signed up, waiting for the email, but downloading as well

[edit] Really happy to see Matthew Mather listed. I recently read his "Nomad" and loved it.

. On Silver Wings seems to have some problems with physics, mechanics of space elevators to be precise. But it seems to have some ideas new to me (depending on unread sequels), though I read it as a starship trooper story.
