VoiceView
Is audio book capability coming back to Kindle Devices via VoiceView? Looks like they now have a dongle available for the paperwhite and a bluetooth capability via the latest Basic Kindle. I created a VoiceView page but it could use some flushing out. Is this more than a accessibility feature?

Voice View is an accessibility feature that among other things brings back TTS to eInk Kindle's. It can't be used for just TTS without the rest of the accessibility stuff though.
Since it uses Ivona it should be an improved TTS experience over older eInk Kindle's that had TTS, but it's still not the same as an audiobook. |
