Can't see a book on the device library list

Hi everyone!

I have purchased from Amazon a book called "The Almost Nearly Perfect People" and I want to add it to my calibre library.

However, when I click on the "device" button on calibre, I cannot see that specific book on my list. I can see all the other books I have purchased before, except this one...

Does anyone know what's happening?

I just updated Calibre software and know it works! I can see my book now!

Dou you confirm that outdated softwares might present this problem?

I actually saw in my Kindle folder that this book doesn't have a .azw extension, only a .kfx one... Can I de-DRM it?
