I was surprised that the Raspberry Pi team produced the Zero for under £5. I just don't see how this product is possible.

Well I read into it a bit its seems like a huge corruption money grab. The phone are going to be subsidised by the Indian government.
My guess is the people involved might bill the government for 2-3 times the actual phones they sell.
