How to use --prefer-metadata-cover ?

Hi, I fetch news with Calibre [how cool is that!], but the .mobi uses the custom Calibre covers, and not the cover_url = 'blah' in the news recipe. How do I change the .mobi output to use the --prefer-metadata-cover setting?

A generated cover is only used if downloading the cover specified by the recipe fails. Look at the log for the job (if you are running from the commandline, run with -vv and search the log for the word cover).

Hi, sorry, a newbie. I'm fetching news with the GUI, how do I access the logs/execute the same fetch news commands from the terminal, I'm on a Mac. Many thanks for the super swift response.
