Converting from AZW3 to Epub image sizing

I have an azw3 manga that I'm trying to convert to epub. The converter works fine, but I can't get the epub output to display correctly in any of the ereader apps on my Galaxy Tab S2 9.7. The only settings I've changed for the conversion are for the input and output size Kindle and iPad 3 (as it matches the resolution of my tablet) and to set the margins to 'Unchanged'.

The conversion log is attached, as well as a sample page and the style sheet from both the input and output files.

The issue I run into is that while the Kindle app for my tablet has no issues fitting each page to the full window of my tablet, all of the other ereaders (Aldiko, FBReader, Moon+ Reader) struggle to position and size the pages correctly. Aldiko doesn't fit the page to the window at all, cutting off portions of each page. Moon+ will randomly skip pages, and doesn't fit the images to the window, with some stuck between two pages and some much smaller. I have the same issue whether I have the output resize (iPad 3) or not (Tablet). I know that it could very well be an issue with the ereader apps, but since it's just styled HTML, I thought it might be that something being changed in the conversion process is causing the ereaders to interpret the code differently.

Unfortunately, I only have a rudimentary understanding of the code itself. I see in the output that the image sizes are hard-coded, and that the azw3 stylesheet allows the divs to be re-sized, but I don't understand much more than that.

I've been trying for hours to get my azw3 to output to a readable epub so I can use a different ereader app, and I hoping someone can help me understand what I'm doing wrong. Thanks in advance, and let me know what (if any) additional information I should provide.

Don't convert to EPUB at all.

Extract all images with KindleUnpack and open bare images using this:

If you purchased the Manga at Amazon, then use the Kindle app to read it.
