News Download Error
Downloading news isn't working for me for at least 3 sites.
The error seems to be in "calibre_paralell". It hangs with "no disk in drive"

This seems to be an OS issue, as opposed to calibre.

I've seen this many times with a range of PC applications popping up that error. if I remember correctly clicking cancel lets the application continue.

Windows 10 latest and Calibre latest

Peter T, cancel doesn't work. Have to go to Taskmanager
