My Library only has English, but the top level menu still shows a by Languages Icon

When I download a book and there is only 1 (acceptable by setting) format, I still need to tap EPUB

If there is only acceptable choice, why not just make (or hide) it ?

What is a top-level menu?

If it is the grouping drawer or the sort menu then turn it off if you don't want to see it.

If you are asking that CC hide and display some items in grouping or sorting depending on whether there is more than one book with that item, this isn't going to happen. Performance would be terrible.

This was a choice we made after user feedback way-back-when. Some people didn't like the behavior changing, and others wanted to see which formats were available. It is ordered by preference determined by the formats and folders settings.
