Help Epub validator error message
Please help me solve this error:

ERROR index_split_042.html Line 37 Position 221 Referenced resource could not be found in the EPUB

I have fixed all other problems, but cant figure out where this error is in my epub. I need to fix it to upload it to various e-book submission sites.

It seems quite easy, it even gives a location of the error. You are referencing to a resource that is not in the ePUB. It could be various things, but probably an image. It could be that the resource is in the ePUB, but not at that location. If you can post what the reference is, we can check.
From the look of it, you have either used the Calibre editor or converted something to an ePUB using Calibre.

A link or image near the beginning is missing or has a typo

BTW typos usually announce themselves with the companion:

Also remember that filenames are case sensitive. That's another common mistake.

Thanks! Found the problem
It was a picture file that I was finally able to locate. I downloaded and used "Flight Crew" which gave a more specific error code as to its location in the document.
