New Need Help
I am new to the forum and I am in desperate need of help. After upgrading to Windows 10 I now have lost ALL of the books that I had downloaded to my calibre. Can anyone help me get them back? Had I known all that I would lose I would have never upgraded. Wrenie4

It's likely that calibre has just lost track of where your library is stored. I expect that a calibre expert will be along in a moment.

Your User folder probably changed (a bit) and calibre just can't find the old path (or preferences)
No problem Search the file system for Metadata.db, one of those (if found) is your OLD Library folder. In Calibre: Use the Library Icon menu: Switch/Create: Use existing: <the one you found> No need to re-import if you follow these instructions |
