Good day, everyone.
the image: http://i67.tinypic.com/2061kcn.jpg I've got a problem with my Kobo Glo. In fact, previosly, its screen had crashed and I've gave it away for the repair (unofficial, cause we have no official ones in the country I live) for a while - they've replaced the screen with the new one. I've checked it while taking it back from the repair shop. After some time, when I wanted to read my e-book, its screen was showing this text (look at the attached photo): "Please, charge Your e-reader. Please connect to an AC outlet or your computer to recharge". But it did not charge at all! I've tried: - charging for 5-6 hours - charging from another power socket - charging via usb-to-computer (2 different usb-ports) - charging with another cable - light reset (does not perform, because the screen is freezed, I can not turn it off) - hard reset (did not work cause of the same thing: the screen was freezed, I saw no changes at all). -Is the LED flash when you connect to charger or try to turn it on?
-try the the paper clip reset button, near the USB port. -disconnect and reconnect the battery cable. |

Return the device, so they can try fix the problem.
